What you’ll be doing

• Leading a team of decorators on site

• Organising workload, materials, and daily targets

• Ensuring quality standards and snag-free finishes

• Liaising with site management and reporting progress

• Maintaining health & safety and site housekeeping

 

What we’re looking for

​

 

• Strong decorating background plus supervisory experience

• Ability to run jobs, manage labour, and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and problem-solving

• SSSTS/SMSTS (preferred if relevant)

• CSCS (if required)
